When meeting at The Conference Center on 11, no detail is too small. It is our goal to meet every need you have in order to ensure that the conference or meeting you are hosting with us lives up to expectations.

Do you allow outside caterers (food and beverage)?

Unfortunately, we do not; however, Executive Chef, Brandon Falls, and his team have several great menus for you to choose from.

Is there a restaurant onsite?

Yes, The Cafe on 11 is open for breakfast and lunch on Monday-Friday, 7:30am until 1:45pm

What is the cancellation policy?

90-day cancellations are permitted

What does the all-inclusive package include?

Morning & afternoon breaks, Buffet lunch, Meeting room & breakout room, (for meetings of 25 guests or more), WiFi, Standard A/V equipment package

Where do I park when I arrive for my event?

There are several parking options close by, click here for a list of parking options.

Is parking complimentary for meeting attendees?

No; however, we can include parking charges for attendees and master-bill
